2. Description of Service
Job-Dox is an AI-powered operations intelligence platform designed for restoration contractors and service professionals. The Service includes project management tools, AI-powered operational intelligence features, CRM functionality, scheduling, financial tracking, document management, and related capabilities. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any features of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration and Security
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Ensuring that all users within your organization comply with these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription and Pricing
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription following any applicable trial period. Key terms include:
- Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
- Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars.
- White-Glove Onboarding: A one-time onboarding fee may apply for our setup and training services. This fee covers workspace configuration, data migration assistance, and crew training.
- Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' written notice prior to your next billing cycle.
- Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

You retain all ownership rights to the data and content you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. Important terms regarding Your Data:
- We will not sell, rent, or share Your Data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
- AI-powered features process Your Data exclusively within your organization's account. We do not combine data across customer accounts.
- You are responsible for maintaining backups of Your Data.
- Upon termination of your account, we will make Your Data available for export for a period of 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
8. AI-Powered Features
The Service includes artificial intelligence and machine learning features that provide operational insights, predictions, and automation. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated insights are provided as decision-support tools and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs.
- AI features may evolve over time as models are updated and improved.
- You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated recommendations before acting on them.
9. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party applications and services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and conditions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- In no event shall Job-Dox, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Job-Dox during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Job-Dox and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time:
- By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we determine that your use of the Service poses a security risk.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Denton County, Texas. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
15. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Job-Dox regarding the Service.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
- Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, pandemics, or internet service disruptions.
